结构特点 STRUCTURAL FEATURES

· 全机械式传动。电动机作为驱励源，带动涡轮、蜗杆机构实现门的开肩、美闭的旋特动作，相对其它液压或气动的传动方式全机械式传动可靠性较好，同时噪音小，无污染。

· 实现自动控制。门框上设有密码锁或IC卡门锁，同时能与各种门禁系统相连，协同电动锁来自动实现门的开启、关闭。

· 全密闭结构。将原先暴露于外的手柄、拉杆及斜滑块等机构完全隐藏于罩壳之内，有效地改善了屏藏门的外观 。

· 应意装置。当屏藏室突然断电或机械传动出现放障时室内的工作人员可以手动将屏门打开 。

·All mechanical transmission.As the driving and exciting source,the motor drives the turbine and worm  mechanism to realize the opening shoulder and beautiful closing of the door.Compared with other hydraulic or pneumatic transmission modes,the full mechanical transmission has better reliability,low noise and no pollution.

·Realize automatic control.The door frame is equipped with password lock or IC card door lock,and can be connected with various access control systems.The door can be opened and closed automatically by cooperating with electric lock.

·Fully enclosed structure.The previously exposed handle,pull rod and inclined slider are completely hidden in the hood,which effectively improves the appearance of the screen door.

·Response device.In case of sudden power failure or mechanical transmission failure,the indoor staff can manually open the screen door.

· 采用铰链插刀式密闭屏蔽门，配有电动锁紧和手动锁紧互换机构。

· 采用全机械式转动：电动机作为驱动源，整个流速、旋转运动转换为往复运动、斜面运动等全部采用机械运动实现。

· 门的锁紧点为双点电动锁紧结构，谐波减速器传动，具有运行平稳，无噪声，结构合理等特点。

· 采用单刀插入式电磁密封技术、复合刀口、可拆卸式优质铍青铜簧，维护性好。

· 内外门板为双层绝缘式机构，门表面采用亚光不锈钢板装饰。

· 两种控制方式实现自动控制(IC卡或按钮开关),门框上设有IC卡盒(开关按钮)和行程开关根据需要发出信号可自动实现门的锁紧与开启。

·The closed platform screen door with hinged knife insert is adopted,with electric locking and manual locking exchange mechanism.

·All mechanical rotation:the motor is used as the driving source,and the whole flow rate and rotary motion are converted into reciprocating motion and inclined plane motion。

·The locking point of the door is double-point electric locking structure and harmonic reducer drive,which has the characteristics of stable operation,no noise and reasonable structure.

·It adopts single knife insertion electromagnetic sealing technology,composite knife edge and detachable high quality beryllium bronze spring, which has good maintenance.

·The inner and outer door panels are double insulated mechanism,and the door surface is decorated with Matt stainless steel plate.

·The two control modes realize automatic control (IC card or button switch).The door frame is equipped with IC card box(switch button)and travel switch,which can automatically lock and open the door by sending signals     according to needs.

· 双层屏蔽：气动式平移屏蔽门采用优质冷轧钢板焊接成双层屏蔽壳体，以清洁、无油压缩空气作为压力媒介，使气囊充气膨胀，迫使铍青铜簧片牢靠地压在门扇的铜板上，确保屏蔽性能可靠。

· 气动、光导控制：门扇的开闭运动是以清洁压缩空气为动力通过各气动元件来实现顺序控制，屏蔽室内外控制信号的传递采用光传 导。

· 控制功能：具有全自动IC卡控制，用户刷卡后，气密门气囊先放气然后屏蔽门自动往一边平移，然后需要关门时，按关门信号，屏蔽门自动平移到位，气囊冲气，使得簧片压紧，使屏蔽门处于正常工作状态。

· 气动式平移屏蔽门是一种结构新颖的电磁屏蔽门，其特点是屏蔽性能高、操作轻便、工作可靠等，尤其是开关的过程中不占屏蔽室的使用空间。

·Double layer shielding:the pneumatic translation screen door adopts high-quality cold-rolled steel plate welded into double-layer shielding shell.Clean and oil-free compressed air is used as pressure medium to inflate the air bag,forcing beryllium bronze spring to press firmly on the copper plate of door leaf to ensure reliable shielding performance。

·Each door is controlled by the pneumatic door opening and closing in the order of light transmission.

·Control function:it has full-automatic IC card control.After the user swipes the card,the air bag of the air tight door will deflate first,and then the screen door will automatically move to one side.When it is necessary to close the door,the screen door will automatically move to the right position according to the closing signal,and the air bag will inflate,so that the spring will be compressed and the screen door will be in normal working state。

·Pneumatic translation platform screen door is a kind of electromagnetic screen door with novel structure,which  is characterized by high shielding performance,easy operation,reliable operation,etc.,especially i the process of opening and closing,it does not occupy the use space of shielding room.
